Sliding Scale Options
A limited number of reduced-fee appointments are available for individuals experiencing financial hardship. Sliding scale spots are offered based on availability and are not guaranteed.
Out-of-Network Benefits
If we are not in-network with your insurance plan, you may be eligible for reimbursement through your out-of-network benefits. We can provide a superbill upon request for submission to your insurance company.
